menu plan: week of July 22

This week we are trying a few new recipes, and I’m really excited about it (especially the quinoa patties!). We didn’t have a few of the things from last week’s plan, so they are repeating here this week.

breakfasts:
frosted mini wheats cereal
english muffins with strawberry preserves

lunches:
wraps, almonds, crackers
peanut butter sandwiches, fruit
leftovers

suppers:
leftovers
quinoa patties, roasted asparagus, steamed broccoli
quesadillas
leftovers
beef stroganoff, sauteed spinach, yellow squash
leftovers
italian crockpot chicken, spinach salad
