Beef, Crock pot, Main Dish

Beef Stroganoff

I love a good crock pot dish because you put in a little bit of work in the morning and come home to a wonderful meal in the evening. And this recipe qualifies for that! Unfortunately, my phone camera didn’t save all of the pictures I took (specifically the pretty one of my whole supper plate, veggies included:( ) so you’ll have to bear with me on the lack of visual intrigue.

what you’ll need:

  • 2 lbs. beef stew meat
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cans Golden mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • paprika
  • garlic powder
  • 8 oz. cream cheese

how you’ll do it:

mix onion, soup, water, Worcestershire, and spices together in crock-pot

once mixed, then add beef

cook on low for 8 hours
cube cream cheese and mix in crock pot on high until blended in well
serve over egg noodles

Please, try this! Ryan and I both loved it!
