On the menu: January 20

This week I am going to be trying a new recipe for breakfast: apple peanut butter oatmeal smoothie. We’re also going to be having a few super yummy meals that I’ve made over the last few months but didn’t take the time to photograph and post here. You’re in for a treat!

Suppers:
leftovers (Ryan camping)
sweet potato+zucchini patties, cabbage, roasted cauliflower
stir fry
spaghetti with olive oil + spices, roasted brussel sprouts
leftovers
boca burgers, baked sweet potato fries
assortment of baked, roasted, or steamed vegetables
